I would like to introduce you Anna Efetova, a girl with a degree in medicine who has been a stock photographer for four years. Anna is happy to tell you what stocks are and to give 5 simple tips for those who want to sell their photos. So, we read, comment, like and “shake on the mustache” πŸ˜‰

Stocks are large shopping sites where media content is sold, for example photos, videos, animation, 3D, illustrations, music. In a world where content is king, Stocks are more popular than ever. Almost everyone needs photos and videos every day.

The main charm of Stocks is that they allow authors to focus on their part of work. And Stocks are involved in promotion, customer acquisition, all legal issues, accepting payments and making payments. Of course, they do it for a reason. For example, microstocks take about 70% of the declared value of the image. But believe me, even under such conditions, authors can make good profit!

To show you that Stocks are simple and enjoyable, I have prepared my five photos.

The bulbs repainted in the color of the year 2018 gave me more than $300.

I photographed this fern under my porch on a spring day, and now it adorns a pack of activated carbon, which is sold all around Poland.

My friend’s photo with manicure was bought more than 1,500 times. Even Instagram shows me ads with it. =)

Before my husband and I drank a cappuccino, I photographed our cups =) The photo hit the top with the request “Coffee” and it brought me more than $500 that year.

I bought these sneakers for training in the gym. The photo brought me over $ 1,000 in two years. Good bargain, right? =)

Here are 5 tips for those who want to sell their stock images:

1. Tune in for a long journey. Working with Stocks is long-term.

2. Remember the goal. This is it what gives you motivation and energy on this way.

3. Study the trends and needs of the stocks themselves. If you want to shoot only what you like without researching at the market, then Stocks will not suit you.

4. Make an effort daily.

5. Believe in yourself and do not stop until you reach your goal.

Of course, it’s not enough just to take and upload a photo you need knowledge to be successful in Stocks. And this knowledge does not lie on the surface. It can be obtained in two ways:

1. Hard work on analysis and reflection at all stages.

2. Through a mentor. In this case you just need to take advantage of their knowledge and do your best.

Both options are good in their own way, but the second one saves a lot of time.

At some point, I created an online course where I teach all the subtleties on the path to stock success, share strategies and show secret ways. The course is designed for anyone who wants to start work with Stocks and succeed.

Stocks are my favorite work, and maybe yours, you just don’t know about it yet?
